Salvia chamaedryoides

Common Name: Sky Blue Sage

Indigo blue flowers on soft, aromatic, finely textured sage leaves, can spread in low growing clumps over time to get up to 4 feet wide or more. We like to freshen it up with a hard pruning once or twice a year, in between masses of flowerings and during the warm season. Very good for a native or natural look, and especially good in cold mountain climates. A good drought tolerant selection as well. Hardy to below 0° F.
